The Most Fun We Ever Had

May 2, 2019

Go ahead and place your hold for this one—you’ll thank me later.

This doesn’t come out until June 25, but I anticipate it being one of the big books of the year.  It’s a multi-generational family saga set in Chicago, full of details of the-way-we-live-now.  Get ready for the inevitable comparisons to The Corrections.  Think also: Jeffrey Eugenides, Zadie Smith, and Chloe Benjamin's The Immortalists

This would be a great beach read for the literary fiction crowd.
