New Chatterbird Music Ensemble Performance to Archival Film
June 21, 2019
Nashville Public Library
12:00pm

Come see Nashville's most eclectic and surprising music ensemble perform live at Nashville Public Library! This year, the AVHC and Chatterbird joined in a new partnership that breaks down the walls between archives and the public. Working closely with Metro Archives staff, Chatterbird helped to select 8 rare films from the collection to be digitized. The ensemble is creating a new score to this footage - some of whichg hasn't been seen in nearly half a century. Their work supports both preservation and creative access to our collections. This event is free and open to the public.
